Introduction.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"Tapping test" is designed for early diagnostics accumulation of overfatigue that PC users may have. Analysis of dynamics and change of speed reaction during uninterruptable physical work is taken as basis of this method. The program helps to find out if people who are tested have a negative state of central nervous system. In that case it is a sign of overfatigue. Applying this test to children, we may find out if a child has predisposition to be quick overtired.
Process of testing means measurement of hand vibration frequency. This diagnostics is based fall speed of hand vibration frequency by maximum work. To get most reliable test result it is recommended to run the test in equal conditions. During the test hand vibration frequency must be at its maximum level from the beginning up to the end. Children are more sensitive to physical and intellectual work, thus early diagnostics of overwork accumulation is vary important for them. The positive test result got from children may sign that children are more sensitive to overwork. So factors promoting overwork growth must be limited to their minimum.
Warning! The positive test result doesn't mean that a person is overtired. Such a diagnosis may be revealed taking into consideration other similar diagnostic methods. The positive test result is a sign of quick overfatigue. Also it means that there are factors which promote a growth of overfatigue.
Note: Children and grown - ups (from 6 to 45) had this test. Reliability of the test is not guaranteed for old people.
Using "Tapping test".
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To begin the test click "Start". Then enter your name or any word that identificate you. Now the program is ready to run the test. To begin the process of diagnostics press any key. Test takes about 25 seconds. To interrupt the test press {Esc}. While you see a diagram, press any key as quick as possible (it is better to press {Ctrl}, {Alt}, {Ins}, {Arrows}, but don't use {Esc} and {Enter}. Try to keep the diagram in the green area. During the test (25 seconds) try to press the above mentioned keys as many times as possible. It is necessary to use only the one key you have chosen at the beginning of the test.

Warning! Press key gently and don't use force as you may damage keyboard.

To look through the test results click "Next". There is a diagram of speed reaction fall "Dynamics DCH", name, data, and time of running the test, test results and its reliability in the opened window. Test results may be reliable and unreliable. Unreliable results can't be used. The test results may have one of the two meanings - "Normal" and "Abnormal". "Normal" will be displayed if a person who is tested doesn't have deviation. It means that everything is "OK!" and there is no reason for trouble. "Abnormal" (the positive test results) shows that deviations were found. If this result is frequently repeated it is necessary to find the reason. This result is caused by rapid speed reaction fall (up to 10% is normal) and is a consequence of overwork. Illness, overwork and something like this may be it's reasons. As usual the positive test results may be at the end of the day. Overwork doesn't affect young people very much. Reliability of the test is not guaranteed for old people. All test results are recorded into "Data". To have a look at them or to print them use the menu "Data" (consult the chapter "Data").

Using "Data"
~~~~~~~~~~~~
You may use window "Data" to look through the previous test results. In this window there is a line of current record, list of all results, button to backup the test results, button to print the test results and button to clean up the current database of results. The current database is kept in file "restest.dat". Menu choices for working with results become accessible when you open window "Data". Following menu choices are accessible:
"Save data as..." - saves old records in separate files of the data (with ".DAT" extension).
"Open old data..." - Open old data files for viewing.
"Export text file" - saves the current database of results into text file format.
"Clear default file data" - Clears up the current database and saves backup copy into the file "restest.*" with extension as any number (for example - "restest.705").
"Print data" - print out current database of results testing.
For viewing records choose in the list necessary record and click "Results". At a choice of record in the list its contents are displayed in a line of the current record. Every new record is added in the end of the list. List is made in chronological order and is not sorted.
